Tae Kwon-Do is an ancient form of self-defence used by individuals and groups throughout Korea's turbulent past. Tae means to jump, kick or smash with the foot, Kwon means to punch or destroy with the hand or fist and Do is the way or art of Tae Kwon-Do.
The club is a part of the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain (T.A.G.B) - the largest martial arts organisation in Europe, with over 20,000 members training in over 600 clubs throughout the UK. All instructors are CRB checked and take part in CPD. See tagb.biz for more information.
The benefits are endless with martial arts - increased self confidence and physical fitness, improved team working skills and social skills as student mix with people of all ages and backgrounds as well as respect for one another. Students will benefit outside of the dojang also.
